1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Rawat Al Makan (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place any orders with us.

2. TallyPrime License Sales

As an authorized TallyPrime reseller, we supply genuine TallyPrime licenses issued by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The following terms apply to all license purchases:

• All license prices are quoted in Omani Rials (OMR) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Licenses are non-refundable once activated, as per Tally Solutions’ standard policy.
• TSS (Tally Software Service) subscriptions are annual and must be renewed to maintain cloud features and updates.
• Multi-user (Gold) licenses are licensed per company, not per user.
• TallyPrime Server licenses require a dedicated server meeting Tally’s minimum specifications.

3. Services

Implementation, training, migration, customization and AMC services are governed by separate service agreements signed between the client and the Company. In absence of a separate agreement:

• Service scope must be agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work commences.
• Payment terms are 50% advance, 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• AMC contracts are annual and must be renewed on the anniversary date to maintain coverage.
• Remote support is included in AMC; on-site visits within Muscat are included up to the agreed visit limit.

4. Intellectual Property

TallyPrime software is the intellectual property of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India. The Tally, TallyPrime and associated logos are registered trademarks of Tally Solutions. All website content, design, and materials created by Rawat Al Makan remain the property of the Company. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this website without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Oman law, Rawat Al Makan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TallyPrime software or our implementation services. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
